The asphalt spreader is a specialized vehicle designed for the automated application of emulsified asphalt, waterproof coatings, and other high-tech products. It is primarily used for applying primer oil, waterproof layers, and bonding layers on high-grade highway asphalt pavement.
The vehicle consists of an automobile chassis, an asphalt tank, an asphalt pumping and spraying system, a heat-conducting oil heating system, a hydraulic system, a combustion system, a control system, a pneumatic system, and an operating platform.
This vehicle is easy to operate and, based on the absorption of technologies from domestic and international products, has been enhanced with features that ensure construction quality and improve working conditions and the construction environment. Its reasonable and reliable design guarantees even asphalt distribution, and the computer-controlled system is stable and reliable. The vehicle’s technical performance has reached international advanced levels. With improvements from our company, this vehicle can work in even harsher conditions.
Key Features of the Vehicle:
- Chassis and Appearance
The vehicle adopts the Delong National VI chassis, offering excellent load-bearing capacity, flexible and easy maneuverability, and a stylish, elegant appearance. It provides safe, efficient, and reliable services for urban logistics customers. - Heating System
The heating system is equipped with a Liyalu burner, featuring automatic ignition and temperature control functions. - Advanced Asphalt Pump
The vehicle uses an internationally advanced high-viscosity asphalt pump, capable of pumping external asphalt into the tank through self-priming, and connecting to a hand spray gun at the pump outlet for edge spraying. - High-Quality Components
Key components of the machine (such as hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, asphalt pumps, etc.) are sourced from internationally renowned manufacturers to ensure the reliability of the vehicle and extend its service life. - Convenient Access
The design includes ladders and handrails for each section, ensuring ease of access for maintenance and repair without obstructing other parts. - Fast Heating System
The vehicle is equipped with a fast heating system that heats at a rate of 10-15°C per hour, improving heating efficiency and reducing auxiliary time for construction, ensuring the required spraying temperature. - Spray Bar Design
The asphalt spray bar features a three-stage folding structure. By moving the spray bar up and down, it enables dual or multi-layer spraying. The spray bar can also move left and right to expand the spraying range and effectively avoid obstacles. - Manual Spraying Function
The manual spraying function allows asphalt to be sprayed through a hand nozzle, offering flexibility and convenience for small-scale and corner work. After connecting the hand spray gun, close the back spray circulation valve, open the main oil valve, the pump outlet valve, and the return oil valve. Adjust the spray gun pressure using the return oil valve. After using the hand spray gun, please reset all valves. - Tank Features
The asphalt tank includes a sedimentation drainage groove and is equipped with an asphalt level indicator and safety device. - Nozzle Cleaning Function
The nozzle cleaning function allows any residual asphalt to be blown out of the nozzle by high-pressure air generated by the asphalt pump running in idle mode. This helps prevent asphalt from freezing in the nozzle and significantly extends its lifespan. Close the main oil valve, open the self-priming valve, and sequentially open the nozzle for cleaning. - Insulation and Durability
The vehicle features an excellent insulation layer, ensuring a static insulation performance index ≤12°C over 8 hours, with anti-corrosion and long-lasting durability. - Stainless Steel Outer Shell
The vehicle's outer packaging is made of stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and a sleek, attractive appearance.
Precautions for Equipment Use
- After each operation or when switching construction sites, the asphalt pump and pipeline must be drained to prevent affecting the next operation.
- Before spraying, always check that the positions of all valves (open or closed) are correct.
- Do not operate the burner to heat during vehicle travel.
- When using the burner to heat the asphalt in the tank, the asphalt height must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber. Otherwise, the combustion chamber may be damaged.
- If the asphalt pump or pipeline is blocked by solidified asphalt, do not forcibly rotate the pump. Continue heating the thermal oil to the required temperature.
- When starting to spray asphalt, begin slowly, and maintain a low driving speed. Do not press the accelerator abruptly to prevent damage to the clutch, asphalt pump, and other components.
- After daily operation, if there is leftover asphalt, it is recommended to return it to the asphalt tank. Otherwise, if it solidifies in the tank, it will prevent operation next time. If the vehicle or working device malfunctions and cannot be repaired in a short period, all the asphalt in the tank must be drained.
