The fully intelligent asphalt sprayer truck is a high-tech, automated product specifically designed for spraying emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, high-viscosity modified asphalt, and other types of asphalt. It is used for the application of tack coat, waterproof layers, and bonding layers in the construction of high-grade highway asphalt pavements.

The sprayer truck consists of a vehicle chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pumping and spraying system, thermal oil heating system, hydraulic system, combustion system, control system, pneumatic system, and operation platform. The truck is user-friendly and incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and international products, with enhancements that ensure high construction quality and significantly improve working conditions and the construction environment.

Equipment Features

  1. Chassis: The vehicle adopts the Dongfeng D7 National VI chassis, offering flexible and easy handling, with a sleek and stylish appearance, providing safe, efficient, and reliable services for urban logistics customers.
  2. Spraying System: Based on the spraying volume and working width requirements, the computer can combine the row-type nozzles in any form.
  3. Manual/Automatic Control: Both manual and automatic control modes allow independent control of each nozzle, enabling flexible adjustment of the spraying width.
  4. Asphalt Distribution Control: Asphalt spraying can be controlled from the cabin via the intelligent touchscreen computer, or from the rear operation platform.
  5. Automatic Control System: The vehicle’s automatic control system can measure the vehicle speed and automatically calculate the pump speed based on the input spray volume, spraying width, and asphalt type, adjusting the asphalt pump speed accordingly.
  6. Heating System: The heating system uses the Liya Road burner, featuring automatic ignition and temperature control.
  7. High-Viscosity Asphalt Pump: The international advanced high-viscosity asphalt pump can pump external asphalt into the tank (self-priming) and pump asphalt out of the tank.
  8. Key Components: Critical components such as the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, asphalt pump QGB680, proportional valve EFBG-03-160-HF, and automatic control system CLW-34-01 are all from internationally renowned brands, ensuring reliability and enhancing the service life of the vehicle.
  9. Maintenance Access: The vehicle is equipped with ladders and handrails, designed to ensure easy access for maintenance without interfering with other parts of the vehicle.
  10. Insulation: All hot pipes are equipped with insulation layers to reduce heat dissipation and prevent burns for the operators.
  11. Quick Heating System: The onboard quick heating system (10–15°C/h) improves heating efficiency and reduces construction time, ensuring the required spraying temperature.
  12. Spraying Bar: The asphalt spraying bar uses a three-section folding structure. By moving the bar up and down, it enables double or multi-layer spraying. Extending the bar left and right expands the spraying range and effectively avoids obstacles.
  13. Manual Spraying Function: Asphalt can be sprayed through the hand spray pipe, offering flexibility and convenience for small-scale and edge corner operations. After connecting the hand spray gun, open the main oil valve, switch the diversion valve, open the return oil valve, and adjust the pressure using the return oil valve.
  14. Asphalt Tank: The interior of the asphalt tank is equipped with a sediment and sewage discharge channel, a level display, and safety alarms.
  15. Nozzle Cleaning: The nozzle cleaning function uses diesel and high-pressure air to blow out residual asphalt, preventing freezing inside the nozzle and significantly extending its service life. Close the main oil valve and return oil valve, open the pneumatic valve, self-priming valve, and then open the nozzle.
  16. Insulation Performance: The excellent insulation layer ensures that the static insulation performance index is ≤12°C/8 hours and is corrosion-resistant and durable.
